CEBN Board of DirectorsLynn Abramson
PRESIDENT
Lynn Abramson is the President of the Clean Energy Business Network. She leads the strategic vision for CEBN; manages the CEBN’s educational, advocacy, and business support projects; and represents the network before public and policymaker audiences.
Lynn previously managed the CEBN at its former home in The Pew Charitable Trusts from July 2013 until its transition to the Business Council for Sustainable Energy in May 2017. Lynn has also worked as a senior legislative assistant in the U.S. Senate on energy, natural resources, and transportation policy. She holds a B.A. in Biology from Boston University and a Ph.D. in Marine and Atmospheric Sciences from Stony Brook University, where her research on carbon cycling in the ocean spurred an interest in pursuing policy solutions to climate change.
Andy Barnes
DIRECTOR OF POLICY AND COMMUNICATIONS
Andy Barnes is the Director of Policy and Communications for the Clean Energy Business Network, leading CEBN’s policy analysis and communications strategy. Andy also serves as Corporate Secretary for the CEBN Board of Directors.
Prior to taking on this role, Andy served as a Policy Associate at the Business Council for Sustainable Energy. He previously interned with the White House Council on Environmental Quality in the Office of Energy and Climate Change. He has also worked as a program fellow for the Solar Foundation and as a research assistant at David Gardiner and Associates, a sustainability consulting firm. Andy holds an M.S. in Environmental Science and M.P.A. degrees from the School of Public and Environmental Affairs at Indiana University and a B.A. in Psychology with a minor in Environmental Social Sciences from the University of Southern California.
Nadia Gallimore
Outreach Associate
Nadia Gallimore is the Outreach Associate for the Clean Energy Business Network, where she engages with companies, community organizers, and federal officials to support sustainable energy efforts.
Driven by a passion for public service and community engagement, Nadia has internship experience at the local and state level and built rapport with health professionals to advocate for environmental justice. During her final year of college, she helped promote an undergraduate program with a curriculum dedicated to career and civic development, connecting students with mentors and alumni in their fields of interest.
Nadia graduated from the University of Virginia in May 2024 with a B.A. in Government.
Allie Judge
Communications Manager
Allie Judge is a Communications Manager with CEBN, managing social media accounts, newsletter and email communications, and other public-facing content. Allie also supports all project streams at CEBN and serves as its self-taught graphic designer.
Before CEBN, Allie served with AmeriCorps, where she developed public environmental education programs in Virginia. Allie previously served for nearly a year as a Communications Intern with Oceana, supporting fast-moving campaigns with research, writing, editing, fact-checking, and event management. Her prior positions included internships with the Office of U.S. Senator Durbin (D-IL) and the Small Business Advocacy Council in Chicago, where she conducted research, policy development, and lobbying on state and city policy issues impacting small businesses. Allie graduated Summa Cum Laude in 2019 from DePaul University with a B.A. in Political Science and English.
Eric Foster
Senior Advisor, Equitable Economic Opportunity
Eric Foster is a part-time contractor for CEBN, serving as Senior Advisor for Equitable Economic Opportunity. He supports direct outreach and engagement to the full spectrum of minority stakeholder organizations – including minority-serving colleges and universities, professional associations, community organizations, and small businesses.
Eric has 30 years of experience in regulatory policy, business development, non-profit management, community engagement, government affairs, organizational development and talent management. He previously served as Vice-President of Strategy and Business Development at Banks & Company, a Black-owned public affairs firm in Southfield and Detroit, MI, where for over a decade he led strategic initiatives for CEBN and other clients such as the American Association of Blacks in Energy, American Petroleum Institute, BlueCross Blue Shield, Minorities for Medical Marijuana, and state and local governments.
