214 Small Business Leaders Urge Congress to Protect Energy Tax Credits

On March 6, 2025, the Clean Energy Business Network sent a letter signed by 214 small business leaders, representing a total of 155 businesses and organizations, urging Congress to preserve the energy tax credits to ensure business certainty and promote American competitiveness. The letter notes, “Should the economic landscape change, small businesses with limited resources would be the most severely impacted.” Fifty business leaders from key districts are also meeting with Hill offices throughout March 2025 to discuss the tax credits and other pending policy issues.
