Bezos Earth Fund $1M Greenhouse Gas Removal Ideation Prize

Greenhouse Gas Removal (GHGR) is crucial for achieving the Paris Agreement objectives and mitigating the worst impacts of climate change. Our two-tier challenge is designed to illuminate and inspire groundbreaking ideas in the race to scale technological greenhouse gas removal solutions. The first phase involves awarding up to $4,000 to up to 50 compelling one-page proposals that present an innovative solution to a major GHGR challenge. These proposals set the stage for the optional second phase where up to 12 of the most promising ideas will receive grants of up to $50,000 to validate and experiment with the proposed solution space, accelerating the GHGR initiatives to scale.

ALL HAZARDS ENERGY RESILIENCE

The DOE SC program in Nuclear Physics (NP) and the DOE National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) Office of Defense Nuclear Nonproliferation Research and Development (NA-22) hereby announce their interest in receiving applications to the Nuclear Data InterAgency Working Group / Research Program for research projects intended to answer nuclear data questions of interest to the research communities supported by those programs and offices.

This FOA allows the nuclear data community to better address goals of: increasing entry points into the nuclear data evaluator community, supporting retention of evaluators, and investing in nuclear data evaluator capacity to be directly involved with research.

Hyperfuel Labs (Houston, TX)

Hyperfuel Labs is on a mission to fast-track clean hydrogen technology scale-up. With our open-access, industrial-scale demonstration facility, we’re accelerating the path from lab to commercialization. Our facility plans to offer 15 cutting-edge test bays and a shared 10-ton per day balance of plant (BoP), providing the ideal platform for testing electrolysis or pyrolysis technologies up to 100kg-1,500kg per day.
